Straits Protection™ | Flange Face Protectors, Standard & Ultra

Low-cost, disposable, self-adhesive flange face protectors. Two types are available: Standard and Ultra.

Protects machined sealing faces (RTJ, RF, FF and equivalent) through transport, yard storage, blasting and painting
Withstands shotblasting, painting and preservation (Ultra Type for direct blasting), up to 1 year in an open yard
Helps prevent water ingress during storage, compared with traditional protectors
Protects the sealing face from damage during transport and fit-up
Minimal residue on removal, thanks to a proprietary sticker composition
Low ion content: chloride, fluoride and sulfate below 20 / 50 ppm (SGS tested)

Construction	UV-printed soft PVC with acrylic adhesive	As Standard Type, plus a rigid PVC reinforced layer
